We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all conference participants and are working closely with the Lyon Congress Centre, who are in constant contact with senior government officials and local health authorities, to create a controlled, safe and clean environment.  AMEE and the Lyon Congress Centre will fully comply with government guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.

All decisions regarding COVID-19 procedures will be guided by the requirements and recommendations of the French Government, Public Health France and Regional Health Agencies in place at the time of the Conference.  Information about the vaccination, recovery and test verification process will be provided in due course including any links to relevant information sources.

We recommend that all in-person attendees also follow the advice provided by their local government relating to travel to and from France, and that they arrange appropriate travel insurance before leaving home.
