Oral and Poster Presentation Sessions


If you have a Poster Presentation:

Prepare a poster of maximum size 1.5 metres high, and 1 metre wide (portrait orientation).

Bring it with you to the Conference - please do not send it in advance.

Posters will be mounted for one day only, depending on the date of your presentation session.  Please see the Abstract Book for the number of your session. 

Sessions 2P, 2Q, 2R, 3P, 3Q, 3R, 4P, 4Q and 4R will be mounted and presented on SUNDAY and should be removed at the end of the day.

Sessions 6P, 6Q, 6R, 7P, 7Q, 7R, 8P and 8Q will be mounted and presented on MONDAY and should be removed at the end of the day.

Sessions 9P, 9Q, 10P and 10Q will be mounted and presented on TUESDAY and should be removed at the end of the day.

Go to the Poster Area (Conference Halls 1/2/3) at least 15 minutes before the time of your session and report to the Chairperson.

Be prepared to give a 3 minute introduction to your poster and answer questions from the group.


If you have an Oral Presentation:
 

Prepare your PowerPoint presentation in either 2007 or 2010 format.

Take your PowerPoint on a USB to the Speaker Ready Room (room 302) at least 2 hours before your presentation time.  It will be uploaded to the computer network and transmitted to the room in which your presentation is scheduled.

Go to the presentation room at least 15 minutes before the start of your session and report to the Chairperson.

When introduced, give a 10 minute presentation, and be prepared to answer questions in the 5 minute period following your presentation.  Please keep strictly to time.
